Logistics Support Associate

As a leading brand in the digital health and technology sector, we are expanding our Logistics team and looking for a mission-driven, entrepreneurial and tenacious Logistics Support Associate with an excellent eye for detail.

We are an international company covering multiple time zones and dealing with different cultures; although you will primarily work UK hours you will required from time to time to complete tasks outside normal working hours in support of our global teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our Sales Teams, you will own the timely and accurate fulfilment of all B2B Orders in EMEA and the Americas;
  • Responsible for accurate, quick and complete Exception Management of issues in our logistics network;
  • Assist with the planning, preparation and execution of all inventory Transfer Orders, including all global freight shipments;
  • Own and manage inventory balancing between our B2C Fulfillment Centres and regional distribution centres;
  • Assist with the development and improvement of operational processes and systems.

 

The ideal candidate profile

  • STEM or Business educated and intellectually curious about how things work - gets a kick out of a smoothly running machine;
  • Strong IT skills – particularly Excel & ERP software; Netsuite familiarity a bonus;
  • Experience working in medical device, consumer electronics or healthcare supply chains a bonus;
  • Experience and effectiveness in working, reporting and communicating in an international and multicultural environment, operating across multiple time zones;
  • Strong people skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful and self-starter attitude;
  • Affinity and passion for technology;
  • Highly organized.
