The position

The Junior QA Tester is responsible for testing the quality of the product, verifying the apps perform in accordance with the software requirements, and performing system tests for mobile applications, which integrate with smart wearable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, UI, smoke, confirmation and regression testing for both Web and mobile (iOS, Android)
  • Write, refine and execute test cases based on software requirements and design documents
  • Provide input into the creation of test plans, test reports and traceability matrices
  • Propose ideas to help enhance the testing infrastructure and test suites 
  • Work closely with developers, project managers and testers to bring new features and services into production

Expectations

  • 1+ year of software testing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field
  • Skilled in developing / executing test cases and analyzing project requirements
  • Experience in mobile (iOS, Android) and Web testing
  • Solid understanding of the Agile software development life cycle
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL 
  • Problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business level English 
  • EU Citizenship required, no visa sponsorship
